We are looking for a highly experienced Administrator to oversee the overall administration and operations of our organisation, including hospital and field centres. This role requires a strong understanding of statutory requirements, compliance, and governance, as well as hands-on experience in managing infrastructure, finances, HR, and legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organisation.
- Ensure statutory compliance with government regulations, policies, and governance requirements of NGOs and societies.
- Support concerned departments with accounts, audit policies, and related compliance.
- Handle legal requirements of the organisation and hospital, including licences, permits, and agreements.
- Oversee procurement, purchasing, construction, repairs, maintenance, and asset management.
- Asset Management in the hospital and health centres and across all programs.
- Supervise administrative staff, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Support HR shared services and manage employee-related statutory requirements, including EPF compliance.
- Ensure periodic maintenance of infrastructure and equipment at hospital and health centres.
- Maintain organisational calendars, coordinate events, and prepare reports as needed.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, government communication, and regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Around 10 years of proven experience in administration with exposure to healthcare, NGO, or similar sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, HR, audit, finance, and legal compliances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and efficiency.
